RYSE Academy provides professional colon hydrotherapy training for individuals seeking certification through a clinical, integrative, and ethical approach to digestive health.
Founded and led by Wendy Sebastian, I-ACT Instructor, certified colon hydrotherapist, and functional nutritionist, RYSE Academy prepares students to practice colon hydrotherapy safely, responsibly, and at a high professional standard.
Professional Colon Hydrotherapy Training
The RYSE Academy training program is designed to meet I-ACT educational requirements while offering a deeper understanding of colon hydrotherapy within the context of gut health, digestion, and elimination physiology.
This program is appropriate for:

What You Will Learn
RYSE Academy training includes didactic education and supervised practical experience.

- Open and closed system colon hydrotherapy techniques

Students are also introduced to how nutrition, hydration, stress, and lifestyle influence digestive function without exceeding scope of practice.

RYSE Academy approaches colon hydrotherapy as part of a broader gut health framework. Training emphasizes clinical awareness, appropriate use, and responsible client education within ethical boundaries.
Training Format
Training is delivered through a structured format that may include:
- In-person and/or online didactic education
- Supervised hands-on practicum
- Instructor evaluation and guidance
- Required practice hours aligned with I-ACT standards
Specific schedules, hours, and cohort details are provided prior to enrollment.
Certification Pathway
Upon successful completion of the program and required practicum hours, students are eligible to pursue professional certification through the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT), in accordance with current certification requirements.
Standards & Expectations
RYSE Academy is not designed for everyone.
We intentionally train a small group of individuals who are serious about becoming skilled, responsible colon hydrotherapists. This program is for those who want to practice at a high level combining science, clinical understanding, and holistic care and who are willing to do the work required to do this profession well.
We do not operate on a pay-and-pass model. Admission is selective.
Employment Consideration for Top Graduates
Graduates who demonstrate strong technical skill, professionalism, and alignment with our standards may be considered for employment at Refresh Your Soul, based on clinic needs and availability. Employment is not guaranteed.
